Accessibility

This statement covers the guest website in German, English and Danish. The family's administration area is not included.

We are a micro-enterprise. The requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz) do not apply to micro-enterprises that provide services (section 3(3) BFSG). We publish this statement voluntarily.

The website partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

We test the pages automatically with the axe tool against WCAG 2.2, level AA, in all three languages and at two screen widths (desktop and mobile). We also automatically check the heading structure, the page language, the minimum text size and scrolling at a width of 320 pixels, and, in German and English, keyboard operation. In the booking and contact forms we test, in all three languages, that every required field is linked to its error message and that focus moves to the first error. Automated tests do not find everything. A test with a screen reader has not yet been carried out.

The legal texts (legal notice, privacy, rental terms) are available in German only.

The floor plans of the apartments are images and have only a short description as alternative text.

The “Accessibility” button in the header and in the footer lets you adjust text size, contrast, line spacing and movement to your own needs. The settings stay in your browser and are not sent to us. The tool supplements the website. It does not replace its accessibility.
